Hughes & Hughes, P.A. serves clients in the central Arkansas area. Our office is located in Searcy, White County, Arkansas. We primarily represent clients in Cleburne, Faulkner, Independence, Jackson, Lonoke, Prairie, Pulaski, White and Woodruff Counties.

The firm was founded in 1974 by Tom Hughes in Beebe, Arkansas. In 1978, Teresa Hughes joined the firm as a partner. In 1990, the firm relocated to Searcy, Arkansas. Hughes & Hughes, P.A. is known for its aggressive but ethical representation of its clients.

Tom and Teresa Hughes have been engaged in the private practice of law for a total of 56 years. They have been active in support of their community. Tom Hughes has served as a White County District Judge for twenty years. Teresa Hughes served as Chairman of the White County Election Commission for six years and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the White County Library System for two years. Both Tom and Teresa Hughes have been adjunct professors at Arkansas State University – Beebe. Tom and Teresa Hughes have been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law.
